[Perl] CPAN에 업로드되는 '최신 펄 모듈'들의 목록을 피드로 구독

에 보면, 최신 펄 모듈들이 하루에도 수십 개씩 올라온다. CPAN(Comprehensive Perl Archive Network)의 역사가 올해로 딱 10년이니까 지금까지 올라온 펄 코드는 이루 헤아릴 수 없을 정도로 많을 것이다.

자세히 보니, 위의 페이지의 피드(RSS 1.0 포맷)도 제공되고 있었다.

현재 위의 피드 주소를 한RSS (www.hanrss.com)에 넣어 구독 중이다.

CPAN을 매일 방문하지 않아도, CPAN에 어떤 모듈들이 올라오는지 쉽게 알 수 있어 편리했다.

지금(2006-05-16 2:41오후) 가장 최신 모듈은 유튜브(동영상 공유 커뮤니티) 개발 툴이다. API 비슷한 것 같기도 하고...

한때 펄(Perl)을 그만두고 파이썬(Python)을 해볼까 하는 생각도 했는데, 파이썬은 아무리 찾아봐도, 펄의 CPAN 에 해당되는 사이트가 없었다.

펄 사용자들은 자신들이 만든 펄 코드를 CPAN에 공개하는 것이 관례(?)지만, 파이썬은 그렇지 않은 듯했다. 우여곡절 끝에 파이썬 코드를 공유하는
사이트를 하나 찾긴 찾았는데 파이썬 코드가 수십 개밖에 되지 않았던 기억이 있다.

구글이나 지메일 관련 모듈도 많이 올라오는 편.

CPAN의 모듈 검색창에서 "google" 로 검색해 보니 141 개의 모듈이 나왔다.
